At Collaglo, we value your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return your order. Below you will find our return policy:

1. Return Period: Returns are always free within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions: You can only return your order if the package has not been opened. Opened or damaged packages are not eligible for return.

3. Requesting a Return Label: To request a return label, please send an email to Support@collaglo.com. You will then receive the return label via email.

4. Processing the Return: Once we have received the return package, we will process your return as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation once the return has been completed.
